Abstract
THE VAN SALESMAN AT PALETHORPES LTD, THE FARM PRODUCTS Division of the J Bibby Group, have helped to increase sales by 15 per cent since taking part in a new training programme introduced in 1973. The training scheme has shifted the emphasis from order taking to professional selling.
