Kinetico Incorporated has announced contracts for six new water recycling systems, totalling an estimated 150 million gallons of recycled water per year in the printed circuit board and electronics industries. Kinetico's CIXTM closed loop, high purity recycling systems reuse 95 percent of suitable rinse water from the circuit board manufacturing process. The systems provide environmental compliance, decreased operating costs, reduced water and chemical consumption, and lower hazardous waste volumes.

The recycling systems were expected to be commissioned mid-1999 at the following plants:

  • JAE, Tualatin, OR

  • Circuit Link Inc., San Jose, CA

  • Peninsula Coating Services, Santa Clara, CA

  • Eagle Circuits, Dallas, TX

  • PWC, Ping Chen Taoyuan, Taiwan

  • Vickers, Lebanon, OH.
