Graham Beaver
Graham Beaver is Professor of Strategic Management, Business School, University of Brighton, Brighton, UK, and is responsible for much of the academic work on business growth and strategic management, particularly as it affects small and emerging enterprises in the economy. He was a founding Editorial Board member of the Journal of Small Business and Enterprise Development (and Reviews Editor from 1996-1999) and the Editor of the international management journal Strategic Change, now in its fifteenth year of publication. Roger C. Smith
Roger C. Smith is a Professorial Fellow in the Graduate School of Management at the University of Western Australia, teaching in the School’s MBA program. Earlier in his career he had extensive experience in the chemical and mining industries in Australia and Canada in the areas of production management, systems analysis and training and development. Following his industrial career he spent ten years as a university lecturer specializing in organizational analysis, design and development, corporate planning and human resource management. He returned to consulting between 1983 and 1996 and worked in Australia, Nepal, Indonesia, Malaysia and Mauritius. B. Charles Tatum
B. Charles Tatum is Chair of the Department of Psychology at National University. He spent 14 years working for the Department of the Navy as a personnel research psychologist designing surveys and assessing programs and organizations. He has also consulted with many other organizations, including the Department of Defense, the Federal Aviation Administration, and McDonnell-Douglas Corp., to help them improve productivity, work quality, employee motivation and morale. He received his PhD as a research psychologist from the University of New Mexico. Margaret A. White
Margaret A. White is on the faculty in the Department of Management at Oklahoma State University. Her areas of research interest are management of technology and innovation, changes in systems and structures, and strategic redirection. She has published articles in numerous professional and business journals, including the Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, and Strategic Management Journal. She co-authored the book The Management of Technology and Innovation: A Strategic Approach, which was published in 2006.
