Objective and call for papers
The conference seeks to bring together international scholars and practitioners with a view to exploring perspectives and insights into the management of organisational change and development (OCD).
Papers are invited primarily but not exclusively on the following topics:
• the impact of globalization on organizational change;
• international organizations as organizational change agents;
• the diffusion of organizational change practice;
• implementing organizational change in transitional countries;
• developing organizational change practice;
• education and training for organizational change;
• organizational change practice in transitional countries and theory development;
• the state and organizational change; and
• resistance to organizational change.
Deadlines
Abstracts should be submitted by 10 August 2006.
Authors will be informed of the Chairpersons' decision by 10 September 2006.
Complete papers will be required by 6 October 2006.
Discussions are underway for the publication of the best papers in special volumes of selected journals.
