UK company Waer Systems Limited (www.waersystems.com), the supply chain system supplier based at the Sussex Innovation Centre near Brighton, informs us that it is forming a strategic alliance with Terasys Incorporated (www.terasys.com), the IT solutions provider based in Naperville, just outside Chicago, Illinois, USA.
Terasys will strengthen Waer's presence in the USA, and will add valuable sales and implementation capability for Waer's push into the American markets. In turn, Terasys will benefit from Waer's supply chains systems expertise, and the two companies expect to develop further synergies in the future.
