Customer liaison manager
Keyword Albion 2000 Galvanizers
A £2 million investment to develop and implement novel galvanizing systems has generated a 43 per cent increase in customer demand over the last six months, leading Oldbury-based Albion 2000 Galvanizers to recruit their first sales and customer liaison manager, Hannah Beard.
The prototype production systems underwent a customer-based trial period of 12 months prior to being fully adopted.
Mr Phil Tudgay, production director, Metsec, one of the company's leading customers, said, "We take our hats off to Albion Galvanizers for their recent achievements, both on the factory floor and in the offices. They have adopted an extremely advanced process which successfully meets our ever-changing requirements with maximum efficiency, and they still remain competitive."
Hannah said: "The movement away from a dependence on hand-dipping with this major investment in the 'Quantum' and 'Evolution' facilities has increased capacity fivefold. Quality and efficiency have been further enhanced, although we can operate a manual system when more complicated and intricate tasks demand it."
Hannah's appointment coincides with the publication of a brochure dedicated to Albion 2000's ground-breaking facilities and its traditional hand-dipping capability.
