He held talks with his junta-appointed counterpart, Wunna Maung Lwin, on the sidelines of the seventh foreign ministers’ meeting of the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation (LMC) mechanism, a Chinese-led initiative for management of the Mekong River basin.
