Norbert Dentressangle picks up people-development prize

Norbert Dentressangle won the development-of-people trophy at the latest Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport awards.
The company adopts a cradle-to-grave approach to training and development. This enables employees at all levels of the business to achieve their potential, in line with the companys You Grow, We Grow philosophy and its commitment to filling 60 percent of vacancies through internal promotion. Around 3,100 colleagues undertook more than 90,000 hours of training last year.

We also have an extremely hard-working and passionate team who work tirelessly to deliver continuous innovation and improvement.
