Describes how the company launched a number of quality campaigns and how it introduced a large arsenal of manufacturing techniques. Describes how a top‐down approach to TQM was adopted. Asserts that the key to success at the company is the education programme which has been the catalyst for culture change throughout the organization. Concludes that culture change is at the heart of the company′s success.
