Demonstrates how a computerised databank can be used to make the office work measurement process more efficient. Describes the Clerical Databank, the computerised application system developed by the UK MTM association. Reviews the aims of the Clerical Databank, element compilation, operation compilation, workload schedules, and other main menu options.
