The Food Safety Act: Implications for the Smaller Manufacturer
Abstract
The Act has created an increased workload for the majority of British manufacturers. A thorough knowledge will now be required of the following: ingredients, manufacturing processes, packaging and stability, microbiological control, and quality systems.
