Abstract
Findings
The notion of intelligence in a business context has changed over the last century. In the early part of the twentieth century, intelligence might be regarded as a sound grasp of business administration, that quaint sounding phrase that have us the name for the MBA. After the Second World War, intelligence was probably sought more for its other meaning, with employees scouting out competitors and infiltrating their operations to find out a secret ingredient or source of a key raw material.
