Cultural sensitivity is important for heritage site management. It shows how respecting these locations and their communities' cultural legacy is essential to cultural authenticity. By creating a harmonious balance between conservation and a meaningful vacation experience, cultural sensitivity ensures that background sites have a good time and shield their cultural authenticity.
