About the Author

Dr Vic Benuyenah is a Business Psychologist with a background in economics theory. He is an Editorial Board Member of Management Decisions and serves on the Editorial Advisory Panel of the Journal of Work-Applied Management. In addition, he holds the esteemed position of Associate Editor for the Journal of Research in Innovative Teaching & Learning as well as the Springer Journal of Humanities & Social Sciences Communications. Dr Benuyenah is a recognised expert in HRM and labour market studies. Dr Benuyenah's research portfolio encompasses HR theory, HR recruitment and selection and labour efficiency. He holds a PhD from the University of London, a Master's from the University of Staffordshire and a Public Policy Economics Certificate from Oxford University. An accomplished researcher, Dr Benuyenah has authored numerous journal articles and books.

With a wealth of academic experience spanning Europe, Southeast Asia and the GCC, Dr Benuyenah is a Visiting Professor at Alliance Business School and has previously held the position of Assistant Professor, Senior Lecturer, Programme Director and Deputy Dean in a number of higher education institutions. He teaches on the MSc HRM programme at the Birmingham Business School and serves as the Director of the MBA Programme at the University of Birmingham Dubai.
