About the Author
Harold Delfín Angulo Bustinza was born on October 22, 1974, in the city of Arequipa, Peru; he studied Zootechnical Engineering at the Universidad Agraria La Molina in Peru and obtained a diploma in Agricultural Business; holds a master’s degree in Business Engineering and International Business and a PhD in Economics and International Business. He speaks several languages, such as English, Japanese, and Chinese. He is a RENACYT Researcher in the areas of economy, finance, and international trade. He is an advisor to the Central of Peasant Communities at the national level, a consultant to small and medium-sized mining companies, an expert in International Relations granted by the Japanese government, specialist in Statistical Analysis of Goods and Services granted by the United Nations. He has teaching experience in higher education, and 15 years of work experience in private sector companies nationally and internationally (England, Japan, and China).
