Abstract

Presents the UK survey of 15,000 finance directors in the UK and Ireland with annual turnovers of £10 million or more. States that the objective was to gain information about attitudes towards computer security and measures taken to secure information. Contains five headings: BS 7799; managing data; working with third parties; protecting the organization; and awareness and compliance. The sections covering BS 7799, managing data; and protecting the organization have been extracted.
