Highlights the skills shortage in UK companies. States that successful companies must maximize the creativity and contribution of employees, and lists what companies must do to be successful. Provides examples of companies which use Investors in People to help them achieve. Describes the care philosophy and business objectives, of Holiday Inn, Leeds, and the process by which Community Industry, Tipten, gained the award.
