Institutionally Acceptable Properties
Abstract
Considers what types of property may be institutionally acceptable for investment purposes in the 1990s. Looks at both the current state of the UK property market and the strategy which potential institutional investors may be expected to pursue. Predicts that property returns will converge with UK equity returns within two to three years and may sustain an advantage over the next ten years.
