Quality Paradigm
Abstract
Examines what can be achieved with a focus on total customer satisfaction. The supplier is a customer, the next operator is a customer etc. The customer chain is reflected from supplier to end user. World‐class manufacturing was introduced in 1988 and had resulted in ISO 9001 certification from an accredited notified body Investors in People Award, European Quality Application and in 1994, for the second time, Queen’s Award for Export. The company produces aids for the disabled: wheelchairs, scooters, stairlifts and 143 quadrillion different manual wheelchairs. The company considers itself on the road to total quality with a few miles on the clock.
