Hazard and Operability Studies: A Tool for Management Analysis
Abstract
Hazard and operability studies are well established for detecting possible modes of failure in industrial processes, particularly chemical and nuclear engineering. The principles can be easily adapted to a consideration of business procedures in order to detect financial and other hazards.
