Management musings 12: top dogs need not be fat cats

Abstract

Considers the issue of salary increases for top executives. Discusses this in the library sector and assesses that the desire for money is not always a bad motivator. However, it is important that it is not the only motivation for library staff seeking more responsible jobs.
