Report from the Fifth International Conference on Productivity and Quality Research

Abstract

Way back in February of this year, I attended ICPQR95 (see the title of this piece to work out what the letters stand for) in Miami, USA. (The things I do for Work Study readers!) This article is an attempt to give you a flavour of the conference and an insight into the kinds of research currently being undertaken in the fields of productivity and quality.
